#1. Girls are moody. May saltik, topak at paiba-iba ang isip. Segundo lang ang pagitan kapag nagbago isip ng mga babae. Kaya boys, if you have a gf na hindi moody, well malas mo. Baka di tutuong babae yan. Joke.XD

#2. Girls are impatient. Well totoo, ayaw namin ng pinag-aantay kasi kulang kami sa word na pasensya. Gusto namin kami ang inaantay. Kapag pinag-antay nyo kami, acceptable na ang 15mins, kapag umabot na nang 30mins - 1hr, aba it's either cancelled na yung date or world war 3 muna tayo. 

#3. Girls are selfie queen. Bawat galaw, selfie. Bawat lugar, selfie. Ultimo pagkain kahit takam na takam na kaming kumain, pipicturan muna. Ipopost pa yan sa fb with caption... 'Happy eating with ______. Tara let's eat'. 

#4. Girls are noisy and talkative. Madalas na sinasabi ng mga guro natin na kaya maiingay yung mga babae dahil dalawa yung bibig. And seriously talking, totoo namang nature naming mga girls ang maging maingay. Let's take for example our mother. Peace Mama. Miss you soo much. 

#5. Girls are sensitive. Sensitive in the sense that we want you to appreciate every little things we do for you. We put too much effort on it so you better like it ot else we are going to cry as if it's the end of the world.

#6. Girls love to eat. We always like to eat even when we are just sitting or having a ride in a jeep. Chocolates really suits our taste.

#7. Girls are pet lover. We like taking care a pet especifically, dogs. After all, dogs are not only man's bestfriend, they are also woman's bestfriend. We also like a partner that is having a same hobby too.

#8. Girls are not good in lying. When we lie, it's a mannerism that we looked at the ceiling or we just simply don't look straight to your eyes.

#14. Girls are social-media addict. Umaga. Tanghali. Gabi. Pag hawak namin yung phone...kung hindi ngseselfie, facebook, twitter at instagram pinagkakaabalahan namin. Post doon. Tweet dito. Like doon. Comment dito. 

#15. Girls are attention-seeker. Pag bf kita at magkasama tayo kailangan ko pa ba magpapansin? Malamang matic na yun boy. Dapat sakin ka lang nakatingin. Dapat ako lang napapansin mo. Dapat ako lang dapat nginingitian mo. Dapat ako lang sinasabihan mo ng maganda. Parang kulang sa pansin lang ganun. 

#16. Girls are stalker. Kapag may crush kami, di matatapos ang araw na hindi namin nalalaman pangalan nya. Unang-una na tinitingnan namin sa account ni crush ay yung status. Kapag 'single' go girl. Kapag 'in a relationship'... go pa rin. Di pa naman 'married' eh.

So that's it. 21 truths about us. I'm not stating that all girls are like that. A lot I guess. And those traits are really common to us. Right girls? 

THE ESSENCE OF BEING EMPLOYED

I'm currently employed as assistant of our IT Admin, so I do a lot of work related to computer. I was more on software and we do some technical assistance also from our branches away from us. As an It staff, I do a lot of tricky work like encoding and computing BIR compliance(e.g. 1601-E, 1601-C, 2307) monthly, quarterly and annually. Then we (IT department) also responsible for monitoring and organizing contracts from our lessors. ID making is also a part of our job as an IT that's why all my knowledge on photo shop, I was able to applied it and enhanced it more.It was just some of the works that was assigned to me, there's a lot more but I can't find the right words to write it down here. Aside from being an IT staff, I was also what they called substitute Liaison Officer. Why? Because there are times that our two Liaison Officer is not present or they have some things to do that's why I need to their job also. I was the one transacting outside like delivering some documents to other branch thru LBC, payments to banks, SSS, PHILHEALTH and HDMF. But nevertheless, I was still happy. Because I know it was also a part of my training how to be a best employee and that's the only way I could help my co-office mates. Still, I'm looking forward for a job that will really suits my desire to give myself and my family a better future. A career that will give a feeling of contentment and satisfaction that I will woke up each day still having it in my life...

But, what is really the essence of being employed?
1. You will gain money. A money that could either give you happiness or a future for your family. After all, the main reason why we need a job is for us to gain money.
2. You will gain satisfaction. Job description entails the meaning of your job. It means that for us to fully understand the scope of our job we also need to consider our talent or skills. Does my skills cover the job that I am going to do? Ask yourself a hundred times if the job really suits your ability. Just think of your job as your lesson that you need to study well for you to passed it. If you are able to cope up with it, that means the you are really knowledgeable about your job and you will had that feeling of satisfaction. You will not going to look for any other job because you are now satisfied with your current one. 
3. You will gain new environment & friends. Well of course it was really one of the essence of being employed. It means that once you had a job, you also had a new environment and new friends as well. New environment that would suits your life style and new friends that would gave you some advice and some tips for you to be able to enjoy your stay on the company.

That February Night - A poem

"That February Night"

That February Night is a poem she composed on the first week of march year 2016. This poem is basically about a girl fall in love on the man that she saw on Facebook for the very first time. She immediately search for that man through any social media account and luckily found one group pertaining to him. She admired that man and wait for any updates about him. Every single day and night she was waiting for any news about him if he was going into showbiz world. Being so devoted to him, her friends often says that she was  already insane for that man but she didn't care. For her, there was nothing wrong on admiring someone you just saw on pictures. She was hoping that someday she will be able to meet him personally. That poem expressed her feelings towards him on the night that she first saw his face. Maybe for others it was just an ordinary poem. But for her, it was an extraordinary creation for she was sure that all she needed to say was there. All feelings she needed to express was solidly written on the lines of the poem...
